Background:	Animals were immunized with cells from human tonsils. Spleen cells were fused with P3X63Ag8 myeloma cells.

Morphology:	Lymphoblast-like
Growth Mode:	Suspension
Culture Medium:	DMEM+10%FBS W6/32完全培養(yǎng)基，# CBP60973M We strongly suggest to purchase the complete medium from us.
Cryopreservation medium:	90%FBS+10%DMSO
Cellular Products:	immunoglobulin; monoclonal antibody; against HLA A, B, C
Comments:	The antibody reacts with monomorphic determinants on HLA A,B,C molecules. The antibody is cytotoxic. The antibody cross-reacts with ape, monkey and cow cells. It does not react with rabbit cells. Tested and found negative for ectromelia virus (mousepox). For more information, please contact us (4008-750-250).
